This role is responsible for managing front desk activities, handling incoming calls and correspondence, and assisting team members with various administrative tasks to ensure a professional and welcoming office environment.Key Responsibilities:Front Desk OperationsAnswer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate team membersWelcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional mannerMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception areaMail & Package ManagementCoordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveriesReceive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and courier deliveriesAssist with shipping and mailing needs as necessaryAdministrative SupportSupport licensed agents with data entry and administrative tasksAssist with scheduling, filing, and office coordinationHelp maintain organized client and office recordsSupport general office operations and team projects as neededQualifications:High school diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 2 years of administrative or office support experience requiredInsurance industry experience is a plusWillingness to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license within 90 days of hireProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteAbility and willingness to learn agency management software (Applied Epic)Strong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesProfessional, dependable, and team-oriented attitudePositive personality with strong customer service skillsComfortable interacting with individuals at all levelsAbility to pass a criminal background check, as permitted by lawHours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pmOffice Location: 101 E.
