Paraeducator

The Paraeducator will support students with special needs under the direction of certified teachers, assisting with academic, behavioral, and physical needs in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). This position requires strong communication, accurate documentation, and strict adherence to schedule reliability.RsponsibilitiesSupport individual students or small groups with special needs under the direction of certified teachers.Assist in implementing IEP accommodations, including academic, behavioral, and physical support plans.Collaborate with educators to track student progress, goal completion, strengths, needs, and behavioral concerns.Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all student records and data.Assist with personal care, feeding, toileting, and monitoring medical conditions as required by individual student needs.Adapt flexibly to changing school assignments, classroom support models, or 1:1 roles based on district demand.Qualifications & Requirements:High School Diploma or GED is required.Experience supporting students with special needs is preferred but not required.#EducationBy providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
