This role contributes to a smooth and efficient service environment by assisting with cashiering, cleaning, organizing, and support service when needed.Dezerland Park Orlando is more than Florida's largest indoor attraction. We're fostering a culture that feels like family supportive, fun, and collaborative, where every team member plays a part in bringing joy to our guests.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesGreet guests and deliver friendly, efficient food and beverage servicesTake and process cash, card, and digital payments accurately and professionallyOperate POS systems and issue receiptsHandle cash responsibly and balance the cash drawerAnswer customer questions and resolve basic issuesEscalate customer complaints to management for resolution as neededServe food and beverages according to service standardsMaintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areasStay informed about current promotions, discounts, and policiesPrepare and serve coffee, teas, and other beverages to recipe standardsOperate coffee machines and equipmentAssist with back-of-house tasks including:Cleaning kitchen and storage areasDishwashingOrganizing stock, supplies, and equipmentSupporting food preparation areas as directedFollow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all timeAssist with opening and closing dutiesWork closely with kitchen and service teamsOther Duties:This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive list of all duties or responsibilities. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice based on company needs.QualificationsQualifications:Previous food and beverage or hospitality experience preferredCash handling experience requiredFood Safety Certificate is preferredBarista experience is a plusMust be willing to assist in front and back of house dutiesHigh School Diploma or equivalentAbility to work well in a team environmentGood communication and customer service skillsStrong work ethic and attention to cleanliness and organizationFluency in speaking, reading, and writing EnglishBilingual (Spanish) is a plusAbility to work multiple locations within the Food Court and RestaurantAbility to stand for extended periods of time and lift and carry up to 40 poundsMust be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
