This role contributes to a smooth and efficient service environment by assisting with cashiering, cleaning, organizing, and support service when needed.Dezerland Park Orlando is more than Florida's largest indoor attraction. We're fostering a culture that feels like family supportive, fun, and collaborative, where every team member plays a part in bringing joy to our guests.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesGreet guests and deliver friendly, efficient food and beverage servicesTake and process cash, card, and digital payments accurately and professionallyOperate POS systems and issue receiptsHandle cash responsibly and balance the cash drawerAnswer customer questions and resolve basic issuesEscalate customer complaints to management for resolution as neededServe food and beverages according to service standardsMaintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areasStay informed about current promotions, discounts, and policiesPrepare and serve coffee, teas, and other beverages to recipe standardsOperate coffee machines and equipmentAssist with back-of-house tasks including:Cleaning kitchen and storage areasDishwashingOrganizing stock, supplies, and equipmentSupporting food preparation areas as directedFollow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all timeAssist with opening and closing dutiesWork closely with kitchen and service teamsOther Duties:This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive list of all duties or responsibilities.
