Temporary Litigation Legal Secretary – Trial SupportLocation: Downtown Los Angeles (Onsite)Pay Rate: $30–$35/hourJob Type: Full‑time, Onsite, Contract (Approximately 3 weeks)A national law firm is seeking an experienced Temporary Litigation Legal Secretary to support a high‑profile trial in Downtown Los Angeles. This is a hands‑on trial support/war room role, providing critical administrative and logistical support before and throughout trial.Responsibilities:Provide onsite administrative and secretarial support in a trial war room environmentAssist attorneys and litigation teams with trial preparation and daily trial needsOrganize and maintain trial materials, exhibits, binders, and case filesHandle document management, copying, scanning, labeling, and distributionCoordinate logistics related to trial support (court runs, supply needs, schedules, etc.)Support attorneys with real‑time administrative needs during trialMaintain confidentiality and professionalism in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure settingQualifications:Minimum 2+ years of experience as a litigation legal secretary or legal assistantPrior trial support or war room experience strongly preferredStrong organizational skills and ability to manage competing prioritiesComfortable working long days in a dynamic, deadline‑driven environmentDetail‑oriented, reliable, and able to hit the ground runningProficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and basic document management tasksBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
