Java Engineer

_\*\*\* Candidate should be able to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future. \*\*\*_ *Position: Java Engineer* *Location: Phoenix, AZ - Hybrid* *Duration: Long Term* *Job Description:* * 5+ years of professional software development experience using Java, with strong proficiency in Java-based frameworks, including Spring Boot and Vert.x. * Solid hands-on experience with Cassandra Database, including query design and developing applications that integrate with Cassandra. * Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable RESTful APIs and backend services. * Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including clean code, design patterns, testing, debugging, and code reviews. * Familiarity with AI-enabled software development tools, such as GitHub Copilot, and their use. Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
