Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Board Member. The individual will contribute to key strategic decisions, provide governance oversight, and serve as a trusted advisor to navigate growth opportunities and challenges. Responsibilities include participating in board meetings, evaluating organizational performance, and offering insights into scaling efforts, particularly in the AI and travel sectors. The Board Member will collaborate closely with executive teams and other stakeholders to support global expansion plans and ensure alignment with the company’s mission and goals.
