A Qnnect Company, we are ISO9001 certified and comply with DFAR and ITAR regulations.PacAero Agawam is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping And Receiving Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and kitting of materials for production. This role will report to the Logistics Supervisor and play a key part in ensuring accurate material flow, inventory integrity, and on-time support to production.As part of our continued growth and transition to a more structured control environment, this role will support compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) controls, including clear separation of responsibilities across purchasing, receiving, and inventory transactions. This is a hands-on role within a manufacturing environment, requiring strong attention to detail, organization, and accountability.Schedule: Full-time, onsite in Agawam, MA, MondayFridayResponsibilitiesReceive incoming materials, verify quantities, and inspect for damage or discrepanciesAccurately record receipts in ERP system (Global Shop, transitioning to ABAS)Prepare and package outgoing shipments in accordance with company and customer requirementsCoordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight) to ensure timely deliveriesMaintain all required shipping and receiving documentationMaintain accurate inventory through transactions, cycle counts, and auditsEnsure proper labeling, storage, and traceability of materialsInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepanciesSupport inventory accuracy during ERP transition and ongoing system updatesPick and kit materials for production jobs based on work ordersEnsure kits are complete, accurate, and delivered on timeCoordinate with production and planning to prioritize urgent jobsReturn unused materials and maintain accurate system recordsPerform duties in alignment with SOX compliance requirements, including separation of dutiesExecute assigned responsibilities within shipping/receiving and/or inventory functions while maintaining proper controlsEnsure all transactions are accurate, documented, and auditableSupport internal and external audits as neededMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentFollow all company procedures related to quality, compliance, and traceability (ITAR/DFAR)Support continuous improvement efforts related to material flow and ERP usageQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, or warehouse operations (manufacturing preferred)Experience with ERP systems required (Global Shop, ABAS, or similar systems preferred)Strong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to follow structured processes and compliance requirementsBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP systems)Forklift experience a plus (or willingness to be trained)Work Environment & Physical RequirementsManufacturing and warehouse environmentFrequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs)Use of material handling equipment and shipping toolsRegular interaction with production, purchasing, and operations teams
