Prominent NY based firm is seeking a Senior Attorney to join their growing Westchester, NY office.Ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in one or more of these areas: General Liability, Wrongful Death, Construction, Trucking/Transportation, Premises Liability, Catastrophic Personal Injury, Habitability, Professional Liability, Tort, Municipal, Medical Malpractice, Healthcare, Auto, Product Liability, Insurance Defense.Responsibilities:• Manage assigned cases• Handle cases from inception to conclusion• Take and defend depositions• Make court appearances• Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discoveryQualifications:• 10+ years of litigation experience• Licensed to practice and in good standing in NY.• Juris Doctorate• Trial PreparationBase salary up to 250k+ (DOE)Generous Monthly BonusesComprehensive Benefits PackagePlease email resume to
