Those who are successful at Brandwovenare self-starters who want to make themselves, and our team, better every day.Who We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a broad digital marketing expert to join our team to lead out our growth marketing efforts for Brandwoven (not for clients). We have a small sales & marketing team in-house, but we want to expand the skills & capacity with a new, technical and digital-centric marketing hire. This is a role for an expert generalist, we need you to be excellent in the these area, all equally important:MarketingSEO — Lead SEO efforts to increase domain authority over time by optimizing content, doing technical improvements (yourself or with our development team) and leading linkbuilding efforts. AI SEO is also an important new area.HubSpot — Help us leverage all the capabilities of HubSpot Marketing Hub, build out email templates, multi-faceted campaigns and automated workflows to nurture our audiences. You’ll also be providing marketing & CRM support to our sales team as they utilize HubSpot and need help with research, automations, configurations, etc.Paid Media Management — create, manage and optimize ad campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and Microsoft. Optimize to their goals with good ad placements and work with our team on making compelling ads, landing pages, etc.Reporting — Make regular reports to company leadership about the performance of our marketing & sales efforts.Website — Collaborate with our development partners on WordPress website improvements, ongoing maintenance, etc.This role is the best fit for an expert digital marketing generalist – you don't need to be a deep specialty in any of these areas, but you need to be able to move elastically in these areas, learn quickly, and have the confidence to get improvements done. This is a major builder role — so bring your energy!Machine Learning & Artificial IntelligenceBeyond the list above, we also expect you to collaborate with our team as they regularly produce content for our content marketing program.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand our business & growth goals, then develop digital marketing tactics to support those objectivesCollaborate and communicate insights, strategies, and results to leadership through the lens of their business objectives and prioritiesReview and analyze ongoing performance, making recommendations and tweaks to improve our sales & marketing operations over timePrepare detailed strategy and insight-driven performance reports. Ensure analytics & trackers are all working correctly.Develop and execute SEO & link-building strategiesCollaborate with developers around technical SEO & Website maintenanceDay-to-day manage our HubSpot account. It’s already configured, but assist with modifications, new feature utilization, research, reporting and other tasks to ensure accuracy & use.Manage and optimize our limited paid media campaigns (Google & LinkedIn)Collaborate with Project Managers and Account Strategists to define work and breakdown business goals into specific tasks (tickets in Jira) as well as write official project documentation in Confluence.Qualifications & Platform Requirements8+ years of experience in digital marketingGood at strategy & excellent at executionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be certified in Google Ads and HubSpot (expired creds are okay, we can update). Ideally also certified in LinkedIn, Microsoft and Google Analytics.In-depth knowledge of all the major platforms you'll need to use daily.Experience building reports with insightful, action-oriented recommendationsExperience making strategic, agile decisions based on data trendsAgency experience is preferredAble & excited to use basic AI tools to improve your efficiencyAbout YouLove collaborating and seeing results from your hard workBe independent, motivated, dependable, and highly experienced.
