EducationBachelor’s degree in EngineeringExperience8-10+ years of experience in manufacturing or plant operations6-8+ years of leadership experience at the director level overseeing technical services, maintenance, automation, or engineering functionsExperience supporting high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environmentsTechnical ExpertiseDeep knowledge of plant maintenance systems, automation, and manufacturing equipment reliabilityStrong understanding of PLC systems and control logic for automated production equipmentExperience with ERP and MRP systems in manufacturing environmentsApplied knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and continuous improvement methodologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutionsThe Vice President of Technical Services provides strategic and operational leadership for the plant’s technical infrastructure.This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and performance of a high-speed manufacturing operation.
