Hospitals, hotels, schools, bridges, airports and more./ppCome build a career you believe in./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliObserve all safety and LOTO rules to operate equipment efficiently and effectively./liliAdvanced set up and calibration of all equipment./liliInspect materials for quality issues before, during, and after running material/liliRecord and report any deficiencies in quality to the supervisor/quality department./liliMaintain equipment tooling and tools necessary for job completion./liliDiagnose equipment and quality problems while keeping scrap and delays to a minimum/liliPerform housekeeping tasks to keep work areas clean and safe/liliComplete reports related to production, changeovers, and scrap material/liliAssist maintenance in repairs and PM of equipment./liliParticipation in continuous improvement programs./liliPerform all other duties as assigned by management/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliHigh school diploma or equivalent./liliAbility to read and write English. Ability to maintain production records and logs./liliManufacturing or related industrial experience preferred./liliAbility to perform math, addition, subtraction, decimals, and fractions./liliExperience with measuring devices such as tape measure, micrometers, and calipers/liliAbility to operate forklift, crane and any other equipment necessary for completion of job/liliDetail oriented with the ability to work independently./liliRegular, full-time, predictable onsite attendance per the posted schedule is an essential function of this role/liliLead and promote health and safety work practices as required by regulatory agencies and company policy/li/ulh3Physical Abilities/h3ulliMust be able to move objects and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue.
