Title: Salesforce Manufacturing/Auto cloud consultant Location: Santa Clara, CA/ Dallas, TX/ Brunswick, NJ (3 days work from office)Type: Full Time/ ContractJob Summary:Any of Manufacturing/Auto cloud is good from manufacturing domain perspective.We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce professional with deep expertise in Manufacturing Domain and strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud and Automotive Cloud. The ideal candidate will design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions supporting aftermarket services such as ticket management, parts management, dealer networks, warranties, service lifecycle, and customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement Salesforce solutions leveraging:Salesforce Automotive CloudSalesforce Service CloudSalesforce Sales CloudSalesforce Experience CloudLead solution architecture for aftermarket manufacturing processes, including:Spare parts sales & inventory integrationWarranty & claims managementDealer/distributor network managementService contracts & field service lifecycleReturns (RMA) and repair processesIntegrate Salesforce with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) for:Order-to-cashInventory visibilitySupply chain workflowsCustomize Salesforce using:Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), FlowsAPIs, middleware (MuleSoft preferred)Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutionsEnsure best practices in data modeling, security, and governanceRequired Qualifications:7–12+ years of Salesforce experienceStrong hands-on experience with Salesforce Automotive CloudProven experience in Manufacturing Aftermarket domain, especially:Automotive / Heavy Equipment / Industrial ManufacturingExpertise in at least two:Salesforce Service CloudSalesforce Sales CloudSalesforce Experience CloudStrong knowledge of:Warranty lifecycle managementDealer portals and B2B commerceField service operationsExperience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
