About the Opportunity:The Forward Deployed Program Manager role is crucial for managing program and integration delivery across key client accounts, particularly the largest ones. This position combines client problem-solving with advanced AI-driven execution to ensure successful integration outcomes. The role involves leading AI agent teams to diagnose issues, generate deliverables, automate workflows, and enhance operational efficiency. It serves as the primary contact for complex client challenges and supports the delivery cadence to meet client expectations.3. Responsibilities:Resolve complex client integration and data challenges through structured problem-solving.Build, manage, and optimize AI agent teams to automate workflows and improve output quality.Oversee program and integration delivery for flagship and secondary accounts.Manage intake workflows and ensure clear capture and progression of requirements.Act as the primary operational point of contact for client IT and Business Operations stakeholders.Provide weekly delivery reports to senior client leadership, leveraging AI tools.Offer cross-account support including troubleshooting, scoping, and contract coordination.4. Requirements:Minimum 5 years in consulting, implementation, or healthcare operations with experience managing complex problems under pressure.Proficiency in building, tuning, and expanding AI agents for business problem-solving.Confidence in engaging with senior client stakeholders and handling escalations.Strong structured thinking to clarify ambiguous situations and drive solutions.Willingness to perform operational tasks to support strategic goals.Healthcare industry experience preferred but not mandatory.5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Salary range of $130,000 to $160,000 plus equity.6.
