Job Title: SAP S/4HANA MM Lead ConsultantLocation: Houston, TXExperience Required: 15+ YearsJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA MM Lead Consultant to join our team in a hands-on Individual Contributor role. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end SAP MM initiatives, support ECC to S/4HANA Brownfield migration projects, and work closely with client stakeholders in a fast-paced onsite environment.This role requires strong expertise in SAP MM, SRM decommissioning, Ariba transition, CVI conversion, and S/4HANA migration activities.Note: Candidate must be available to work onsite in Houston, TX full-time until project Go-Live.Key ResponsibilitiesLead SAP MM workstream activities across all project phases as an Individual Contributor.Drive ECC to S/4HANA Brownfield migration implementations.Design, configure, test, and support SAP MM solutions.Lead SRM decommissioning and transition to SAP Ariba.Manage Customer Vendor Integration (CVI) and migration strategy.Perform and support data migration activities using SAP Data Migration Cockpit.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FICO, PM, and PS.Provide expertise in Operational Procurement and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.Support SAP Fiori adoption and recommend modern S/4HANA solutions.Work directly with client stakeholders and provide regular project updates.Required Skills & Experience 15+ years of SAP MM experience.Strong expertise in:Procurement (P2P)SubcontractingStock TransfersMRP (Material Requirements Planning)2 3 full lifecycle S/4HANA Brownfield migration projects.Strong experience in SAP MM + SRM with Ariba integration.Hands-on experience with:SRM retirement/migrationCVI conversionData migration activitiesExperience with SAP S/4HANA Fiori Apps including:Data Migration CockpitFlexible WorkflowAnalytical AppsStrong configuration, testing, and debugging skills.Public Sector project experience is preferred.Soft SkillsExcellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and drive project deliverables.Strong analytical, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Nice to HaveExperience with SAP Ariba integration.Prior onsite client engagement experience in the US.
