Broad St, Richmond, VAResponsibilities:Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.Create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked.Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and legal regulations.Provide excellent customer service and engage with patrons.Manage cash registers and process transactions accurately.Mix and garnish cocktails according to standard recipes.Monitor and manage inventory, placing orders as needed.Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment.Strong knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.Knowledge of local, state, and federal liquor laws.Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.Customer service-oriented with a friendly and positive attitude.TIPS or similar alcohol safety certification preferred.Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system efficiently.
