Primary Care NP – Outpatient Retail Clinic | Flexible Schedule | $100K – $140K + Full Benefits

A respected retail healthcare organization is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join its MinuteClinic in San Antonio, TX (Culebra location). This full-time position (30–35 hours/week) offers a unique schedule of 2–3 weekdays (10-hour shifts) plus every other weekend (combined 15 hours). Providers will enjoy autonomy in patient care, support from an experienced clinical team, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the community. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive primary and family care, including assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and counseling. Manage acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications. Administer immunizations and injections (COVID-19, influenza, TB, Depo, etc.) with evidence-based counseling. Educate patients and families on lifestyle choices, preventive health, and chronic condition management. Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR and ensure continuity of care. Perform administrative duties including opening/closing the clinic, patient follow-up, insurance verification, and maintaining a clean environment. Requirements: Active Texas Family Nurse Practitioner license (or Physician Assistant license) in good standing. Master’s degree in Nursing with national board certification (or equivalent PA degree and certification). Minimum 1 year NP experience; 2+ years medically relevant experience preferred. Current BLS certification; ability to pass FIT test and complete DOT certification within 30 days. Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently in a retail clinic environment. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred; EPIC EMR experience a plus.
