We pride ourselves on our extensive experience and effective approach, ensuring that we lead with both innovation and integrity.THE POSITIONThe Multimedia Subject Matter Expert (Associate) – Video Production supports Joint Multimedia Center (JMC) operations within the JSSC by providing professional video production and post-production services. This role delivers high-quality multimedia products in support of Joint Staff communications, training, and operational initiatives. The position operates under general direction and applies technical expertise in video production workflows, ensuring alignment with JCM standard operating procedures (SOPs) and mission requirements.RESPONSIBILITIESProvide studio and field video production and post-production support for training, operational, and informational multimedia productsPlan, script, film, and edit video productions, including incorporation of special effects, animations, and audio enhancementsOperate video production equipment including cameras, lighting systems, microphones, teleprompters, and signal routing equipmentProduce and edit multimedia content using linear and nonlinear editing tools to meet mission and customer requirementsCreate and manage digital media assets including video, audio, and graphical elements for Digital SignageCoordinate with customers and project leads to ensure timely completion of multimedia work ordersArchive and manage multimedia products in accordance with SOPs and security requirementsMaintain awareness of equipment functionality and report system or equipment issues to Government leadsSupport multimedia operations during normal hours and provide on-call support as requiredADDITIONAL INFORMATIONOn-site at the Pentagon.REQUIREMENTSActive Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibilityMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience providing technical expertise in multimedia or video production environmentsDemonstrated experience supporting complex multimedia production efforts, including planning, filming, and post-production editingAbility to operate and maintain professional video production equipment (e.g., cameras, lighting, audio systems, teleprompters)Experience with nonlinear video editing, audio editing, and digital media formatting/compressionAbility to create multimedia products from concept through final production, including scripting, editing, and visual effectsStrong written and oral communication skills with the ability to work directly with customers and project leadsAbility to follow SOPs for media handling, archiving, and work order trackingPREFERREDExperience with industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition), Final Cut Pro, or similar platformsFamiliarity with digital media asset management systems and archival processesExperience supporting DoD or classified multimedia production environmentsKnowledge of broadcast standards, video encoding formats, and streaming technologiesExperience supporting executive-level or high-visibility multimedia productionsJ-18808-Ljbffr
