DescriptionAssist Global Lab of the Future in quality documentation initiatives, aiming to reduce site-specific documentation volume by 50%.Prepare, submit, and manage document change requests for creation, revision, and decommissioning of quality documentation.Collaborate with project teams to plan, prepare, review, and approve documentation.Monitor and track implementation of approved document changes.Standardize and maintain quality procedures, particularly global site proceduresHandle lot change control, lot tracking, and process change requests in the systemWork within document processing systemsCoordinate with 21 global sites and ensure smooth communication across teamsReview and ensure translation accuracy for documentation across regions, including France, Italy, Germany, and Brazil, etc..QualificationsOpen to strong relevant experience and High school diplomaExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong typing skills.Familiarity with One Vault and Microsoft Office suite.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail, organizational skillsPharma industry experience is preferredCoordination skills are essential BenefitsHealthcare Insurance: Synectics offers eligible employees and their dependents healthcare coverage through BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus.
