Graco is part of your daily life.This role is currently based at our Minneapolis office and will transition to our new headquarters in Dayton, MN, in 2027.The Compensation Analyst supports the design, administration, and analysis of compensation programs aimed at attracting and retaining world-class talent. Reporting to the Compensation Manager, this role partners closely with HR to deliver accurate compensation analysis, support annual compensation processes, and ensure programs are administered consistently and compliantly.What You Will Do At GracoOwn end-to-end salary survey participation, ensuring accurate and compliant data submissionsSupport annual compensation processes including merit increases, bonus and incentive payouts, salary surveys, pay range reviews, factory wage reviews, and stock grantsConduct compensation analysis and modeling to support pay decisions and program evaluationsParticipate in job evaluations, market pricing, and internal equity analyses with review from senior team membersSupport the administration of global grade and pay structures and assist with market movement analysesAssist in the administration and calculation of variable incentive and bonus plansSupport equity administration activities and documentation requirementsPrepare reports, dashboards, and materials for compensation reviews and projectsAssist with compensation activities related to acquisitions and integration effortsSupport compliance reviews and documentation related to compensation programsParticipate in special projects and research as assignedWhat You Bring To GracoWorking knowledge of compensation theories, techniques, and practices, including job analysis, market pricing, and salary structure designBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field2+ years of compensation experienceAccuracy focused, with demonstrated experience of careful data handlingStrong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilityEffective written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsAcceleratorsExperience with Workday and MarketPayExperience with Global CompensationExperience with Equity AdministrationCCP, PHR, or SHRM-CPApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. If you are hired, your final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.$64,600.00 - $113,100.00
