About the Opportunity:• Job Title: Thermal Plastics Assembler • Pay Rate: $18.00/Hour• Location: Brooklyn Park, MN• Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 7AM-3PM with some required O/T.• Position Type: Temp to HireRequirements and Qualifications:1. High School Diploma or GED Required2. 6 months' experience in a medical manufacturing environment3. Ability to withstand exposure to cleanroom manufacturing environment4. Ability to read and write in English, comprehend and follow work instructions5. Ability to do basic arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide, fractions and decimals}6. Good manual dexterity and visual ability with attention to detail7. Ability to use hand tools8. Working overtime when needed9. Standing, Walking, Kneeling, Bending, Reaching, Pulling, Twisting, Turning, Seeing, Hearing10. Ability to lift 30lbs. Daily cleanroom preparations and maintenance include particulate measuring, moping, wipingsurfaces and other associated cleaning activities.2. Documenting activities to maintain and demonstrate clean room specifications.3. Ensure training is complete in Quality System and properly documented per GDP (GoodDocumentation Practices).4. Perform general assembly and secondary production operations Inspecting, labeling and packaging products.5. Operate up to four (4) auto presses at a time; visual inspecting, trimming, labeling and packagingproducts.6. Meet or exceed production rate and scrap expectations as driven by dispatch and ERP and enteron the hour-by-hour board.7. Track manufactured and rejected parts on the Reconciliation sheet, enter ERP and maintainin Traveler through completion of job/shift following GDP.8. In some cases, they may need to be certified for certification jobs performed on the floor.9.
