Office AssistantA well-run office doesn't happen by accident. It's the result of someone who cares about the details, takes ownership, and shows up consistently. We're looking for a part-time Office Assistant to own the physical experience of our San Francisco office at 417 Montgomery St. This is a fully on-site roleremote work is not available for this position. This isn't reactive maintenanceit's about building a proactive system that ensures our space runs smoothly and efficiently, so the team can focus on what matters most. This is an entry-level role, ideal for a college student or anyone seeking flexible part-time morning hours (~10 hrs/week, 3 days/week preferred). No prior office experience required. What You'll OwnOffice Environment:Keep common areas clean, organized, and welcoming. Manage incoming packages and deliveries. Identify and flag maintenance needs before they become issues. Kitchen & Coffee Station:Own the kitchen end-to-endinventory, restocking, appliance maintenance, and daily organization. Keep the coffee station fully operational at all times. Supply Management:Conduct regular inventory walkthroughs. Submit restock requests proactively, well before items run out. ErrandsRun occasional off-site errands as neededmail, packages, and local pickups.
