Experienced Crew Chief
Well established Land Surveying & Mapping company looking to immediately hire an EXPERIENCED Party Chief.
Required Experience:
Must have 2 years+ experience
Able to understand plats, metes & bounds, etc
ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys
Commercial & Residential Boundary Surveys
Topographic Surveys
Elevation Certificates
Limited Construction Staking
Metes & Bounds/Sectional Breakdowns
Boundary resolutions
Legible/Accurate Field Notes & Data Collections files
Valid FL Driver’s License *clean driving record per our insurance provider*
Preferred Requirements:
Proficient with GPS System and Total Stations, Levels, Data Collectors and transfer software programs
Additional requirements:
Ability to work overtime
Ability to travel out of town
Ability to lift a 50lbs or more, regularly
Ability to sit, stand, push, pull, lift etc for prolonged times
