This is a HUD property. Qualified candidates will have 1+ year of related apartment leasing experience and knowledge of affordable housing. Tax credit and/or project based Section 8 preferred. COS certification preferred. Salary range: $21.00 to $32.00 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $21.00 to $26.50 per hour, DOE.
