Machine OperatorPosition: Machine Operator / Milling Multiple OpeningsLocation: East Longmeadow, MACompany: Stanley Black & DeckerPay: $22.00 per hourSchedules AvailableOvernight Shift: 8:30 PM 5:00 AMSome positions offer four-day workweeksKey ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate milling equipment to precise tolerancesVerify coils and review previous operation recordsReplace cutting tools as neededHandle SAP transactions and production documentationPerform quality inspections; record results on production chartsAssist with inventory cycle countsCross-train in the Hot Punch areaMaintain clean, organized, and safe equipment/work areasReport material defects, equipment malfunctions, or discrepanciesEnsure compliance with quality and safety standardsQualificationsPreferred: Previous machine operator or manufacturing experienceMechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to read/follow instructionsBasic computer skills (SAP experience a plus)Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to learn and cross-train in other areasStanley Black & Decker offers a stable manufacturing environment with growth opportunities.
