R&R (Remove & Replace) Crew Member Job Description Compensation: $20 an hour Wallcon is the contractor of choice for Arizona's leading homebuilders. Our team takes great pride in the work we do and has a reputation for delivering a quality product and great customer service for some of the largest homebuilders in Arizona. Our ever-growing company is looking for an R&R (Remove & Replace) Crew Member to join our team. This position is responsible for assisting with the removal and replacement of concrete on residential construction job sites. Successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic who is reliable and dependable. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Weekly hours vary and can include overtime and weekends. Candidate will be working out of our location in Gilbert, AZ. Overview of Duties Remove concrete using jackhammers and other demolition tools Assist with the removal, loading, hauling, and disposal of broken concrete and debris Assist with concrete replacement and site preparation Operate hand tools and other construction equipment as assigned Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow OSHA regulations and all company safety policies and procedures Requires the employee to climb, bend, kneel, squat, stand, walk on uneven terrain, and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Communicate job site needs or concerns to the Supervisor Perform related duties as assigned Experience/Requirements Construction or concrete experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate Ability to perform physically demanding work in an outdoor environment Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds on a regular basis Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded Ability to work well as part of a team Strictly adhere to all safety policies, requirements, and procedures Display a professional and courteous attitude toward co-workers, supervisors, customers, and the general public at all times Must be able to work safely in all surroundings and with team members Regular, timely, and predictable attendance is required for this position Excellent verbal communication skills This position will be subject to random drug testing during employment Benefits: We offer a full Benefit package to our employees including: Group Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Basic and Voluntary Life and AD&D Insurance Critical Illness/Accident Coverage Company Paid Holidays, Vacation and Sick Time 401k with Company Match EOE/AA/M/F/D/V - Drug Free Environment Pay: From $20.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Work Location: In person
