Your Role:
As a Hardscape Foreman, you will lead and oversee hardscaping and excavation projects depending on your experience, showcasing your expertise and management skills. You will be operating a variety of contractor equipment, managing projects, and working alongside your team to achieve exceptional results. With a focus on maintaining and enhancing the appearance and value of our customers' properties, you will bring your attention to detail and commitment to quality to every job. Your responsibilities will include:
Setting a positive, energetic pace and fostering a great working environment
Communicating job tasks effectively to your crew members
Ensuring tasks are completed with utmost quality and efficiency
Taking ownership of the final quality of each project
Running projects with minimal assistance, demonstrating your proficiency
Providing valuable input to improve estimating and production processes
Exceeding customer expectations and minimizing complaints through meticulous work
Being punctual, professional, and ready to tackle the daily workload
Educating homeowners about the landscape/hardscape/excavation process and serving as a reliable liaison between customers and the company
Leading by example and inspiring your team members
Maintaining proactive and clear communication with the production team and customers, delivering exceptional customer service
Collaborating with the sales team and leadership to establish and maintain best practices
