Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is an on-site contract role for a Radiology Technician based in Columbus, OH. The Radiology Technician will perform diagnostic imaging examinations and accurately capture high-quality images, operate radiology equipment and follow safety standards. The technician will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers by preparing patients and ensuring accurate interpretation of imaging results. Timely maintenance of equipment and documentation will also be part of daily responsibilities. Qualifications Proficiency in operating radiology equipment and diagnostic imaging systemsStrong knowledge of safety protocols, radiation protection practices, and patient care during imaging proceduresExcellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and accuracyEffective communication skills to work collaboratively with healthcare teams and interact with patients in a professional and empathetic mannerRelevant certification or licensure for radiology technicians; ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification is preferredExperience in a clinical or hospital setting is preferredBasic computer skills for managing patient data and reporting imaging results
