Job Description – Production WorkerClient is hiring Production Workers for a manufacturing facility in Vandergrift, PA. This is a hands-on role supporting glass production, assembly, inspection, and material handling operations in a team-based manufacturing environment.ScheduleMonday – Thursday6:00 AM – 4:30 PM100% onsiteResponsibilitiesOperate and support automated glass cutting equipmentSeparate and move glass sheets safelyLoad and stage materials for productionInspect glass products for defects and quality issuesAssist with packaging and crate building for shippingUse lift assist tools and suction equipment to move glassFollow safety procedures, work instructions, and quality standardsWork with supervisors and engineering teams to resolve production issuesRequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED required2–3 years of manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or industrial experienceAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsStrong attention to detail and teamwork skillsComfortable lifting up to 50 lbs when requiredBasic hand tool knowledge preferredPPE RequirementSteel-toed shoes requiredAdditional PPE provided by clientPreferredAssociate degree in Technology or related field is a plusExperience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred
