Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant manages incoming calls about transportation scheduling and other trip details, handling both internal and external inquiries, complaints, and questions with professionalism and courtesy to achieve one-call resolution. Key responsibilities include managing calls in an organized, systematic way per departmental guidelines, using proper terminology, and routing them as needed. They actively listen and ask the right questions to understand the purpose of each call, research and clearly communicate information while keeping confidentiality, and accurately enter member and provider details into the system to arrange logistics services, following up to ensure all needs are fully met.
