A company is looking for an AI Performance Simulation Architect.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and develop simulation environments for AI systems, including accelerators and memory hierarchies
Define and implement abstraction layers from high-level models to detailed simulations using tools like GEM5 or SST
Lead performance modeling and bottleneck analysis to guide architectural design and system optimization
Required Qualifications
Deep experience in AI accelerator architecture and performance simulation
Strong understanding of AI workloads and system design impacts on performance
Experience with parallel programming (OpenMP, MPI, CUDA, OpenCL)
Familiarity with system analysis tools
Ability to collaborate across hardware, software, and research domains
