This role is critical in maintaining safe traffic flow and protecting both crews and the public.You will work closely with field teams during construction, utility locating, and heavy equipment operations.Responsibilities Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic using proper hand signals and signage Monitor and manage traffic flow in active work zones Set up and remove traffic control devices including cones, signage, and barriers Coordinate with construction crews to maintain safe operations Communicate clearly with team members and other flaggers Identify and report unsafe conditions or incidents immediately Remain alert and responsive to changing traffic patterns and job site activityQualifications Valid Flagger Certification required Previous construction or utility experience preferred Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Strong communication and situational awareness Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks Valid driver’s license requiredAdditional Information Full-time or seasonal opportunities available 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday Overtime available based on project needs Onsite role based in Yakima, WAInterested in hearing more?
