Cloud GenAI Platform EngineerLocation: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)Duration: Long Term ContractJob DescriptionWe are seeking a hands-on Cloud GenAI Platform Engineer to support an enterprise Generative AI platform enabling predictive and generative AI inferencing across both GCP and Azure environments.This role is focused on platform/infrastructure provisioning rather than application development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, GCP, and Azure, with the ability to provision secure, scalable, and repeatable cloud environments for internal AI platform consumers.Required Skills5+ years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Projects, IAM, service enablement, console navigation5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft AzureSubscriptions, Resource Groups, RBAC/IAM, portal navigation3+ years of experience with:Terraform (IaC, modularization, debugging, state management)Docker / ContainersKubernetes (Deployments, Services, ConfigMaps, Secrets, troubleshooting)Strong troubleshooting skills across:IAM/RBAC permissionsContainer/runtime issuesKubernetes environmentsNetworking/API connectivityResponsibilitiesProvision secure cloud environments for GenAI platform consumersAutomate infrastructure using TerraformDeploy and troubleshoot containerized servicesManage Kubernetes workloads and platform integrationsConfigure IAM, entitlements, and security baselinesCollaborate with platform, security, and operations teamsPerform root cause analysis and issue resolutionNice to HaveExposure to GenAI governance/guardrailsAPI gateway and rate limiting experienceExperience in regulated enterprise environmentsExperience6–10+ years in Cloud / Platform Engineering rolesWork ModelHybrid role based in Charlotte, NC
