Brief DescriptionWe are looking for a compassionate and dependable Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) to join our Dialysis team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care and support individuals receiving life-sustaining dialysis treatments in a caring, patient-focused environment.If you are passionate about helping others, enjoy working as part of a close-knit healthcare team, and thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting, we would love to meet you.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and monitor dialysis machines and equipmentProvide safe, high-quality dialysis treatments to patientsMonitor patients before, during, and after treatmentRecord vital signs and treatment information accuratelyAssist nurses and providers with patient care needsMaintain infection control and safety standardsOffer compassionate support and education to patients and familiesHelp create a welcoming and positive patient experienceRequirementsDesire to enter the health care field to care for other people in needHigh school diploma or equivalentMust be a PCT with at least a year of experience in hemodialysis within the last 24 monthsCertified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) is required within 18 monthsMust have current American Heart Association, Basic Cardiac Life Support and Healthcare Provider cardMust be comfortable working around blood and needlesMust be comfortable mixing acid or bicarbFlexibility and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as neededPhysical and mental ability to work long hours (some shifts are 12+ hours) on your feet so wear comfortable shoes!
