Easley, SC Location Pay Range $18-$20 hourly based on skills and experience **Please monitor your email for communications regarding your application** No phone inquiries please Material Handler Reports to: Plant Manager Department: Logistics/Shipping FLSA Status: Non-Exempt EEO Classification: Laborer Primary Purpose Move materials and completed racks throughout the facility and efficiently with use of carts, cranes and forklifts. Essential DutiesTransports material or racks to and from designated areas.Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles.Ensuring loads are secure.Moving goods packed on pallets on material carts around the facility.Stacking goods in the correct storage bays following inventory control instructions.Dump materials into machine scrap hoppers.Perform daily equipment checks: -recharging truck battery and lubricating equipment -removing machine attachments and waste material from machines (machine operator should remove attachments and re-attach when finished charging) Minimum Experience and Qualifications Education: None required. Experience: 1 year(s) preferred in forklift. 1 year(s) preferred in manufacturing environment.
