Role Description The Assistant Hotel General Manager Operations (AGM) is a full-time, on-site role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The AGM will be responsible for providing managerial support to ensure the seamless operation of hotel departments, including overseeing daily activities, coordinating with staff, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Additional responsibilities include managing budgets, optimizing business performance, and ensuring operational efficiency for food and beverage services. The AGM will work closely with senior leadership to drive the overall success of the hotel operations. Qualifications Proven experience in General Management and Business Management, with a strong ability to oversee daily operations and lead teams effectivelyExceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship buildingFinancial expertise in Budgeting to monitor and manage operational costs and drive profitabilityExperience and knowledge in Food & Beverage operations, with a focus on quality and efficiencyExcellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plusPrevious experience in hotel management, preferably in the New York City Metropolitan Area, is highly desirable
