Clinical Director/BCBA

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned BCBA ready to take the next step in their career by guiding and mentoring others while maintaining a manageable caseload.Key Responsibilities:Lead clinical oversight ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality ABA servicesSupervise and support BCBAs and RBTs, fostering their growth through coaching, training, and performance feedbackEnsure compliance with BACB guidelines and payer requirementsCollaborate with operations leadership to uphold efficient scheduling and service deliveryParticipate in hiring, onboarding, and clinical training of new team membersPromote a strong, values-driven culture through example and mentorshipQualifications:Active BCBA certification and Ohio COBA license requiredDemonstrated leadership ability — formal supervisory experience preferredExcellent communication, mentorship, and interpersonal skillsStrong clinical judgment and comfort making data-based decisionsPhysical Requirements:The Clinical Director position is a physically active role that requires the ability to safely and effectively support children in therapeutic settings.
