Compliance Officer

Job Summary We are seeking a meticulous Compliance Officer to join our team. The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that our company operates in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations. Duties - Develop and implement an effective compliance program - Monitor and enforce compliance with regulations such as TILA, Bank Secrecy Act, and Securities law - Conduct internal audits to assess compliance risks - Provide guidance on compliance matters to employees - Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and industry best practices - Investigate any compliance issues or violations Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Corporate Accounting or Finance - Proven experience working in a compliance role - Strong knowledge of GAAS, ACH, and COSO standards - Familiarity with technical accounting principles - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Certification in compliance or related field is a plus This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your expertise will be valued.
