Overview In this role, you will design and deliver full-stack, cloud-native software for contact center solutions, working across Python, JavaScript/React, and AI-enabled tooling. You will lead complex projects, translate requirements into scalable technical specs, and produce solid documentation. You will operate within a cross-functional team to integrate serverless architectures and modern AI capabilities that align with the overall system design. This is a hands-on, impact-focused position with a strong emphasis on delivering robust, scalable software.
