Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver

Job TypeFull-timeDescriptionJob Summary:The Warehouse Associate and Delivery Driver is a dependable and hardworking team member responsible for accurately receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory in the warehouse, while also ensuring the safe and timely delivery of wholesale appliances and HVAC parts and equipment to customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, well-organized, and customer-focused, with a strong work ethic, a clean driving record, and a commitment to providing reliable service and support in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Warehouse Duties:Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damagePick, pack, label, ship and stage customer orders for delivery or pickupMaintain accurate inventory records using a warehouse management system (WMS)Participate in physical inventories of stockOrganize and maintain a clean and efficient warehouse spaceAssist with cycle counts and physical inventoryLoad/unload trucks and operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forkliftsFollow all company safety protocols and proceduresOther duties and responsibilities as requested by managementDelivery Duties:Load delivery vehicle with prepared orders, ensuring secure and safe transportDeliver appliance parts to local customers (retailers, service technicians, or other distributors) in a timely and professional manner; Pickup for suppliers when directedMaintain a high level of customer service during deliveries and report any issues or customer feedbackConduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, Responsible for cleanliness, organization, and care of equipment and delivery vehiclesKeep delivery logs and complete all delivery-related paperworkReport on any vehicle maintenance needs to managementOther duties and responsibilities as requested by managementRequirementsPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift and move products up to 75 pounds.Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.Qualifications & Skills:High school diploma or equivalentMust be 21 years or older with valid driver's license and clean driving recordMust submit a passing MVR, background check, and drug screen1+ years of warehouse or delivery driving experience preferredFamiliarity with basic warehouse tools and safety standardsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsBasic computer skills (email, inventory systems, etc.)Excellent communication and customer service skillWorks well with othersAbility to multitask with attention to detailExperience in wholesale, distribution, or appliance parts industryForklift certification (or willingness to become certified)Knowledge of local delivery routes and traffic patternsAbility to work independently and manage time effectively.
