Your daily tasks will adapt to meet the evolving needs of the clinic, ensuring excellent patient care and support.Essential Responsibilities:Deliver direct and delegated patient care, recognizing normal and abnormal health indicators to identify at-risk patients. Provide reassurance, clear education, and guidance to patients.Facilitate smooth healthcare delivery during patient visits by managing medical records accurately and preparing patients for examinations. Collect vital signs, medical histories, and chief complaints while observing and reporting abnormal symptoms to the physician.Support physicians with testing, treatments, minor procedures, and medication management. Assist with splints, dressings, sample medications, referrals, and patient education materials. Ensure proper consents are obtained for invasive procedures and immunizations.Maintain clinical areas by stocking supplies, organizing patient education resources, and ensuring cleanliness and sterilization of instruments and equipment.Perform additional duties as assigned to support the healthcare team.Education and Experience Required:Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant or Nursing Program is required. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This position is located in a regional healthcare setting within the Midwest United States, offering a warm and supportive environment for both adult and pediatric patient care.
