Customer Service AssociateThe Shrine of Christ Passion is currently looking for an enthusiastic part-time Customer Service Associate in St. John, IN. The Shrine is open Monday-Sunday. Availability will be needed for 3 weekdays and 1 weekend day, with a rotational schedule. Required Skills: Build relationships with walk-in customers to enhance customer experience Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Windows Good math skills Ability to multi-task Great organizational skills Good communication skills, on phone and in-person Use step ladder and lift up to 20lbs as needed Responsibilities: Greet ALL customers as soon as they walk in Provide excellent customer service to all customers Pricing, stocking, and facing all inventory Light cleaning to upkeep the appearance of the store Completion of required training Adhere to all store policies and procedures Maintain best interest of the company Any other tasks or areas of responsibility that Management deems necessary
