Manufacturing Operations Analyst
What you will doAs a Manufacturing Operations Analyst, you will own the measurement, tracking, and reporting systems behind the Canby plant's Operations Excellence and High-Performance Team (HPT) model. You will maintain operations excellence and HPT scorecards, analyze leading indicators, track certification and training metrics, and translate data into actionable insights for plant leadership.This is a hands-on, plant-based role that blends operational analytics with on-floor facilitation—without direct people management.How you will do itTrack and trend Plant KPI leading indicators, job certification status, training completion, and HPT performance. Prepare monthly analytical summaries highlighting trends, gaps, and recommendations for plant leadership. Own development and maintenance of HPT scorecards and performance metrics. Drive development of HPT action plans that align with plant objectives and measurable team-level KPIs. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of all Operations Excellence and HPT-related data. Use data to enable continuous improvement of HPT maturity and ongoing effectiveness. Coordinate recognition using objective performance data.
