From day one, you’ll work on real tasks, real projects, and real challenges alongside experienced professionals. This is not a “shadowing” internship - you’ll be trusted with responsibility and encouraged to contribute your ideas.You’ll be part of an international, Pan‑Baltic intern community, collaborating across teams and learning how modern banking works from the inside. And your summer will be spent on building skills, confidence, and insight that go far beyond your studies.Client solutions internWhat You Will Be Trusted With:Welcoming our clients at the customer service center (Riga, Daugavpils, Liepāja, Valmiera) and providing excellent service, including consultations on everyday banking mattersCoordinating client flow within the branchGuiding clients toward digital solutions and teaching them how to use the bank’s services remotelyHandling incoming and outgoing calls and helping clients find the most suitable solutionsWhat We Expect From You:A genuine willingness to help and find solutions to client questionsAbility to be present at the branch (Riga, Daugavpils, Liepāja) throughout the internship periodAvailability to work standard office hours (09:00–17:00)A strong sense of responsibilityExcellent Latvian and good English skills, both spoken and written, as the work is carried out on a Pan‑Baltic levelWhat We Offer:2-month duration.
