If you're hard-working and dedicated, Tech20 Solutions is an ideal place to get ahead.ResponsibilitiesSupport the program Team to provide mission oversight, support coordination, and Program performance across the entire Program Act as the primary Point of Contact for Government Program Stakeholders Provide administration and technical supervision of Contractor employees provide contract support where contract efforts include: proper application of program management, practices and activities; proper planning and assignment of resources to meet service delivery requirements, organize and deploy resources to meet surge requirements, monitor, control, and provide corrective guidance to tasks and deliverables, consolidate and approve reporting on contract funding, burn rates, and major tasks/efforts/initiative, plan for subsequent phases of work; manage risks and relationships when dealing with Contractors partners, vendors, and sub-Contractors; and other functions relating to a typical PgM role.QualificationsA degree in the field of computer science or a related discipline is preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in related field is preferred. Experience leading and running a contract with 10+ FTEs assigned to it as a Program or Project Manager Possess seven (7) years of experience as a Program or Project Manager PMP or equivalent certificate
