We are currently seeking a committed Speech-Language Pathologist, offering a competitive pay rate of $52-$56 per hour, to support students in either K-2 or K-12 settings (multiple positions available) in the Roseburg, OR area for the school year.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement individualized education and treatment programs for students whose communication abilities are affected by developmental differences, disabilities, or injuries.Manage a reasonable caseload of 45-55 students, all at a single school site.Organize and maintain specialized materials, equipment, and environments essential to the speech and language program.Provide educationally relevant communication interventions for students with language, speech, or hearing disorders across various settings.Assess the speech and language skills of students suspected of having communication disorders and collaborate with teachers to develop IEP goals and objectives.Offer resources, model strategies, and provide training to other team members on communication interventions.Regularly communicate assessment results and student progress with involved school staff (both special and general education), parents, and, when appropriate, the students themselves.Requirements and QualificationsA Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.Must hold an Oregon SLP license or be eligible for licensure.We are proud to support CF-SLP candidates.Working ConditionsWe have an elementary position located about 20 minutes north of beautiful Roseburg, OR, with excellent housing options available.
