Sales Account Manager-Entry Level

PurposeThe Sales Account Manager – Entry Level supports customer accounts by assisting with relationship management, commercial activities, and internal coordination. This role is designed for recent graduates seeking to develop foundational skills in sales, customer engagement, pricing, and business operations under the guidance of experienced professionals.QualificationsEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Support assigned customer accounts by gathering customer information, responding to requests, and coordinating solutions with internal departmentsAssist sales leadership in identifying short-term, medium-term, and long-term customer needs and business opportunitiesParticipate in customer visits to observe, learn, and support relationship-building effortsHelp prepare and maintain customer price breakdowns, tooling cost summaries, and other commercial documentationTrack progress of commercial activities and report updates, deviations, or issuesAssist with purchase order processing and ensure accurate communication with internal teamsCollaborate with Finance to support accounts receivable follow-up and resolution of basic commercial issuesLearn and assist with customer online quotation systems and pricing updatesPerform additional duties as assigned to support the sales organizationTravel approximately 25–50 percent, depending on assigned accountsTravel may be limited during onboarding and training periodsSkills And QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Communications, Business Administration, or a related fieldInternship, academic projects, or entry-level experience involving customer interaction or business coordination preferredStrong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detailAnalytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal teamsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office or related softwareFlexibility to support business needs during peak periods#NEIND1
