Sales & Service TechnicianJob ID: SALES013875Job Title: Sales & Service TechnicianLocation: 609 LEWIS AVE N, WATERTOWN, MN 55388Union: IBEW 949 - CBA 311Hiring Manager: Jackie Cochnauer# of Openings: 1Posting Dates: 3/9/26-3/20/26Wage Range: $18.24 - $41.15 per hourGeneral Duties:Trouble Shoot, analyze and repair various types of circuits (POTS, Specials, Coin & DSL), premise equipment facilities (Residential & Business)Perform repair and preventative maintenance of cable using various types of test gear; perform routine maintenance of various plant elementsProvide information to complete jobs, work orders and service orders, coordinate with assignments as needed; correct maps and complete recordsInteract in internal/external customers in a professional manner to complete job assignments and attain service objectivesSupport and actively participate in promotion and sale of company servicesQualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentExperience in telecommunications installation and maintenanceBasic keyboard and software skillsMust complete pole climbing certification, for which an individual cannot exceed 275 lbs.; fully clothed and with proper footwearMust complete company provided training and demonstrate ability to complete full installsAbility to work independently and desire to work 'face-to-face' with customerAbility to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions and in isolated or confined spacesValid driver's license and satisfactory driving record; CDL preferredMust be available for flexible scheduling, holidays, after hours and call-outsTESTS: Results obtained in standard tests for this position must meet minimum requirements established by the Company, in accordance with Company policyWe are deeply committed to attracting talented team members in the US from all backgrounds regardless of race, age, gender, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, disability status, or nationality.
