Business Development Center Representative
Duties:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities
Generate leads and develop new business relationships through cold calling and networking
Maintain a database of potential clients and track sales activities
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets
Assist with inventory control and management
Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries or concerns
Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Experience:
Previous experience in a business development or sales role preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic math skills for inventory control and analysis
