You'll help deliver change, enablement, and adoption activities across phased platform releases—translating strategy into practical, user-focused execution and measuring what matters.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on delivery, thrives in fast-moving environments, and is looking to grow their change management expertise within an AI-driven transformation.This is a remote position that reports to the SVP, Operations.What You'll DoDrive Change & AdoptionExecute change and adoption activities with care for established strategies across AI platform releasesDevelop practical, workflow-level materials that support day-to-day usageIdentify change impacts and proactively propose solutions to address adoption challengesCoordinate activities across releases to ensure effective sequencing and minimize change fatigueSupport StakeholdersPrepare materials, coordinate engagement activities, and track stakeholder engagementEquip champions and business leads with tools to drive confidence and adoptionDevelop coaching materials, toolkits, and messaging that reinforce desired behaviorsPartner with leadership and internal teams to amplify key communicationsDeliver Communications & EnablementCreate clear, engaging content tailored to different audiencesPartner with Product and Learning teams to deliver effective enablement experiencesSupport delivery of training and communications, including follow-up and effectiveness trackingMaintain and evolve toolkits, FAQs, and supporting resourcesTrack Adoption & Improve OutcomesMonitor adoption metrics and translate data into actionable insightsGather and synthesize stakeholder feedback and readiness signalsSupport feedback loops across testing, training, and post-launch activitiesIdentify opportunities to strengthen adoption and embed new ways of workingCoordinate & DeliverSupport planning and execution of change and enablement activities end-to-endTrack timelines, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreamsFacilitate meetings, document outcomes, and communicate progress clearlyExperienceWhat You'll Bring3–5 years' experience in change management, transformation, L&D, or a related fieldExperience supporting technology or digital platform adoption projectsProven ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve defined plansExperience working cross-functionally with product, communications, or L&D teamsSkillsFamiliarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter)Strong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailComfortable working in agile, fast-paced environmentsNice to HaveExperience in consulting, agency, or professional services environmentsBackground in healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industriesExposure to AI, automation, or emerging technology programsFamiliarity with digital workplace and productivity tools such as Smartsheet or AsanaWork Environment & BenefitsInizio Evoke offers a fully remote work environment, competitive compensation, and outstanding company-paid benefits, including medical, dental, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and flexible time off.The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations.
