The Customer Care Representative is often the first voice and trusted resource for our clients' program participants. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service that strengthen relationships and keep programs running smoothly. This position combines customer support, data entry, and program administration. You will be responsible for handling participant inquiries, processing claims, and ensuring data accuracy across multiple platforms. This position offers real growth potential – building skills that can lead to advancement within our account management, operations, or program admin teams.What You'll Do· Learn and navigate PBS loyalty and rewards platforms to support day-to-day program activity· Respond to inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and accuracy to deliver superior customer experiences· Troubleshoot and resolve participant issues related to rewards, orders, and account activity· Perform data entry and process participant claims with a high degree of accuracy· Pull and review data from reporting tools to validate transactions, research issues, and support participant inquiries· Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve fulfillment or order-related issues· Escalate complex or sensitive issues when needed· Assist with special projects when called uponWhat Makes You a Great Fit· 1+ year of customer service experience (call center or software environment preferred)· Detail-oriented, critical in environments involving loyalty programs, reward redemptions, shipping & fulfillment, and data accuracy· Strong communication skills. Clear, confident, and positive – both written and verbal.
